Elena is the visionary behind Exlege, bringing over 7 years of focused experience in accounting as her main expertise. She also holds a law degree (Bachelor and Master) from Kyiv University and has worked in Kyiv primarily in legal roles for over 20 years. Her unique blend of accounting proficiency and legal insight shapes Exlege’s commitment to precision, trust and care.

Inna holds a law degree from Odessa University with 20 years of expirience and an accounting qualification from a London college. With 3 years of hands-on experience, she’s developed her skills to a proficient level. Known as a "jack of all trades" Inna brings creativity, resilience and a deep commitment to detail, whether in accounting or her personal passions like seam stressing and knitwork.

Kseniia is currently pursuing a BSc in Business Management at Queen Mary University of London. With 3 years of experience in marketing and PR, she’s the architect of Exlege’s brand identity and digital presence. From building the website to managing communication channels, Kseniia ensures that Exlege is seen, understood and trusted.
Our Story
Exlege was born from friendship, family and a shared vision. After more than 20 years of knowing and supporting each other, we decided to build something of our own. A company that reflects our values of clarity, empathy and partnership.
We speak four languages (English, French, Ukrainian and Russian) to make customer service easier and more accessible.
The idea came from Elena, who not only envisioned the company but also named it "Exlege", which is a Latin term meaning "from law". With her background in law and accounting, she saw the need for a firm that could offer both precision and emotional intelligence. Inna, a long-time friend and creative soul, embraced the idea and began developing her accounting skills to a professional level. Kseniia brought the concept to life by shaping the brand, building the website and managing all communication channels.
We officially launched Exlege at the end of October 2025. As a women-led, Ukrainian-founded firm, we’re proud to offer accounting and business management services.
